The Multifaceted Nature of AI and Human Complexity

I am really struggling to understand why so many people have such a hard time with anything being multifaceted.

I just saw an article pop up that said, AI is an opportunity, not something to fear.

And my first thought was, it's both, obviously.

Why would you have to say that it's one and not the other?

Why is there an argument that it's one and not the other?

And that made me think about the paradox school and archetypal astrology stuff and how so many of us want to think of others and ourselves as this or that when we're both.

We're always both.
